Dear Mr. Jamil,

It to bring to your notice and my strong protest against the services towards to readiness of my apartment at your project, Alakhnanda Apartment Of NRI Lake City, Rudharpur.

I had shared a snag list back on June, 6th and it’s been 4 months since any action been taken and no work or work is under progress.

My apartment is in very bad condition to even take possession of the flat and every single day someone from your office is calling me to take possession of my property which is truly not at all acceptable.

I have been regularly following up with the concerns and Mr. Arvind at Noida office but still there is no response from any of your concern authority. It’s very unpleasant that even after making on-time payments till date no one owes the responsibility and ownership of issues/ concern raised by me.

Enclosed snag list on which action is pending since ever;

1. Seepage problem in almost all walls and few walls are damaged also.
2. All walls do not have proper finishing and walls are not smooth.
3. Doors and Door Frames are damaged also.
4. All bathroom tabs and wash basin are not that quality as I saw in sample flat at booking time.
5. Kitchen tiles are not also same size and quality as I saw in sample flat.
6. Gaping between two tiles in bathrooms and are not properly furnished.
7. One bathroom tile was broken.
8. Gaping between door frames and wall.
9. All switch boards are not properly aligned.
10. Samiah committed in their brochure that they will provide us wooden laminate flooring in one bedroom but they didn’t.

Request your immediate intervention and an early action will be appreciated.
It would be appreciable if we can close all the mentioned issue and would not initiate any lawful action against Samiah.
