Delay on delivery of gas cylinder

Dear sir,

My name is M.Duraisamy. I have been purchasing gas cylinder from Shree Raghavendra Gas agency for the past one year. I have booked for refeill of cylinder on 5/9/2011 through online. My customer number is 49589. When I booked on 5/9/2011, I received a messge to my cell stating that "my cylinder will be delivered soon". On 8/9/2011 I recevied a message to my cell that my refilling request has been accepted and the cylinder has been delivered. In the same message they stated the refill booking number:282368 and the cash memo number as 2787. After one month time still now the cylinder has not been delivered to me. When ever I call the agency they are saying that it will be delivered today, tomorrow, delivery boys are coming there only and we not got the delivery order, please call afterwards, system failure, electricity failure and so much of reasons and excuses. The delivery boys are not giving the bill for payment. Another thing is that they are inserting a duplicate date along with the original delivery date of despatch of cylinder that is., if they are delivering the cylinder to me 0n 5/10/2011 they insert this date in my gas pass book and inserting another date such as 3/9/2011 on the same day of 5/10/2011. Note that I have not got cylinder delivered on 3/9/2011. They are doing something which I can't understand. Why they are putting two dates for a single delivery of cylinder? I want you to take immediate action against the concerned person and make the despatch of my cylinder as soon as possible.
