connectivity problem

i have connection of SPiDiGO. Internet & Broadband Services.


my user id is: abhay_7875

my use is stock market.....

i lose my connectivity at every 30 minute & i called to company many times but no one can solve my querry so...

2 day ago i lose my connectivity & i called to company many times but no one can solve my query so..1st time they gve the confirmation tht they wll done same day bt tht time it nt complated thn 2nd time whn i calles they told me 2nd day it wll clear but it nt solved thn after i called to my personal person he solved the my problem so thn tell me nw wht can i do for tht .. i hve airtel franchis n i need net connection coz of without net i cant access the airtel software..
