SETC poor maintenance

Sir,

Subject : Poor maintenance of SETC buses.

I working in bangalore and I used to travel from bangalore to madurai frequently. I fed up and very uncomfortable to travel an SETC buses.

Complaints:
1. Seats are too old, most of the buses seats to be replaced.
2. Windows there in no handle and not easy to close the windows. During raining season its a worst condition to travel on SETC buses.
3. Bed bugs are huge problem on SETC buses.
4. None of the buses I haven't seen any of the seats fans in working condition.
5. Regular cleaning is very poor.
6. Bad smell on seats and window screens.

Passenger rating : Not a worthy travel for the paid money.

Please kindly make a survey from passenger on facilities of SETC and make a necessary actions.

People mostly preferring other state transport buses and private travels instead of SETC bus due to poor maintenance.

Please kindly take necessary actions. I intimating you that throughout the tamilnadu all SETC buses are in very poor condition.
