Hi,
I bought my Suzuki Access from dealer ABT Nandanam Mount Road Chennai on January 2011,
From the first service itself my complaint is Mileage and Vehicle performance is not smooth and the Front-fork is having some issue like its tight and getting pain on my shoulder after 5Km drive,
completed 3 services all the times the nuts which is under the seat ( Storage Space ) was not fixed,
All the time i have to go back and fix,
Last time it was not even water washed,

They are always not trying to solve the complaints,The Service is Very Poor.

Please assist is there any way to fix the issue,

मै बडी सैक से Suzuki Access 125 स्कूटी अपने पापा के लीये जिला सूरगूजा अम्बिकापूर बराच सूरजपूर से 55000 में  खरीदा पर ऐक शाल के अन्दर उसके ईजन से धूवा दे दीया जानकारी करने पर पता चला की  अम्बिकापूर ,सूरजपूर का सोरूम बन्द कर दीया गया है मेरी Suzuki Access 125 स्कूटी कई महीनो से घर पर खडी रही बादमे थक हार कर मूझे बाहर से ईनजन बनवानी पङी जीसमे मूझे कई महीने पैदल चलना पड़ा

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Pancham Bijlal Dhusia Would like to put this under your kind notice that i have booked a Suzuki Access bike with the Dealer Named as Krishna Motors located in Pune Yerwada region.

Before booking this bike i did a survey of the bike and found suitble for me but as there were no direct dealer available i had to book it with the above mention dealer.

Sir/Mam, It was told to me by the dealer that my booked vehicle will be delivered to me within twenty days from the day of booking.

Keeping faith on him i have booked my vehicle on 23/05/2012, and till the date the dealer is making a fuss of the delivery commitment date. Every time i visit him he always misbehaves, Talks in a very rude manner as if i am answerable to him and he pushes the delivery date ahead by twenty days every time.

This is the high time for me now, so that i am writing this complaint to you.and believe that you will take neccessory action against this issue.

He always blame the Suzuki Manesar Plant issue, he spreads rumor that workers have set up the CEO on fire and due to which the delay is happening.

Whenever i ask for the Engine number and the Chassis number to track the vehicle Status he always says that Why are you making an Issue of this pitty thing.

Sir/Mam, It might be pitty thing for your organisation or the dealer but for me it is Hard earned money which is utilised by the dealer since last three months.

Sir,/Mam, the reason behind writing this complaint to you is I have Taken a loan from a reputed finance company and paid the full amount of the vehicle and till the date i have no vehicle in my hand. AND FOR THIS I AM PAYING EMI EVERY MONTH.

Today Dated 23/08/2012. IT IS LONG THREE MONTHS AWAITING. When asked the same to the Dealer he says that you are welcome to cancell your booking and you can take your money back as i do not have a vehicle to deliver or wait for more longer time with no commited delivery date.

I kindly request you to look into this matter and do the needful. ASAP.

I have attached the receipt copy of the Sum paid for booking to the dealer.

If you want more details i can provide you the Details of the finance company aswell.

But i want you to resolve this issue and please look at a dealer like him so that a customer should not suffer and be punished for no reason.

Request you to provide me the proper updated details of the vehicle of mine.and for any clarification you can always contact me on my cell phone number given below.
