Bill required to mail box
My Tata Photon plus devise No :9246987370 A/c No:906784568.I have been using service for more than year.I am finding it difficult to know my bill amount to to effect the payment online.I forgotten my account login password to view online.Also service provider not sending monthly bill to mail box even after complaints.Only ongetting payment alert i have to make payment.
Pl give guideline & thanks in advance. |

i have tata photon plus postpaid connection and its no is 9266999772, i purchased it in december 2011, it is not giving me a speed as the service provider said to me, because of this i face many problem, so plz help me as soon as possible. |

Please never opt for Tata Photon. The worst and bullshit service— Two months over still not working
This is in regard to the Photon connection which I had purchased on 08/07/2011. The sales person came to my residence and delivered the Product. This worked fine for three or four days. Then it got disconnected. After many calls and reminders they send the service person that checked and informed that the issue was with the instrument. He informed that it would be replaced next day, but no calls after that. When I called him to check the status he informed that they are running short of instrument and could replace as soon as the stocks arrives. No more information, I called and came to understand that the connection was disconnected. After many a calls they informed that the the person who had come to verify the address could not find the same BULLSHIT, if the sales persons and the service person can find the address why could not the verification person find --- ( Benefits of Outsource) Idiotic service. At last he could manage to find the address and then the service person came to fix the same after exactly one month ie on 08/08/2011. CHECK THE SERVICE LEVEL.
Within two days I again had to call the Call Center (Feed up of hearing the same sentence and explaining the same). After many an attempt the service person showed up and said this is a technical issue which he didn’t have anything to do with, and he had registered a complaint and the TATA person would call me back. I HAD RECIVED MANY A CALLS all in regard to the payment due, for this WORST SERVICE I HAD.
Still the dame thing doesn’t work

My Tata Photon plus devise No :09233307950 and I have been using service from 13/4/2012.I am finding it difficult to know my bill will not received in my account ID ( Mail ID ) & i had always ask your officer to send my bill & i am always pay fine amount due to your negligence. so, please kindly send my bill on time..

I have purchased Tataphoton Plus in 2010 as postpaid(my no. 9241182637). I have paid a advance Rs 2500/- for get USB Modem Wireless. After canceling the Tataphoton plus because of serivce is very very very hopeless, waist and useless service. They have taken back my USB modem without returns any advance because i have paid Rs2500/- for that set. Tataphoton company is big fucking company to the customer.
Another thing last my wife purchase again the tataphoton plus as prepaid for one month. I have recharge for one month but i got only for 15day connections and remaining day out-of-date. Please i will adivse don't preferr the big fucking tataphoton plus company and Tata Teleservice....... |

It was ceased from your network. and for your benefit, please stop it again, otherwise we have to go to consumer court.
I hope you can justify the record which would lead you to stop communication with us.
The second number we are using of photon is 9230195167. Today I am declaring to stop connection of this 9230195167 number also. Stop the connection immediately otherwise from the day onward if the bill is forwarded to me will not be paid.
communicate your other office where you must check records of our mail to stop coneection as well as sending bills aftrer bills.
No amount will be paid, in future if any bill regarding the numbers are forwarded to me.
Immediately reply with your affirmation that you have received our declaration and call us at our registered mobile number 9830447212 to connect for all immediate procedure . Within one hour I want it to be stopped.
