Not releasing salary, didn't submit my tax, not giving info about my pf

My name is Gaurav Pandey. I was relieved from Tricom on Nov 15,2011 from the post of Senior Software Engineer. I asked the details of my FnF settlement and PF process but no body ever gave me any details. Also they gave me my Form-16 for the years 2010-2011 and 2011-12 which when I used to submit tax return, I was told from Income Tax Department that they didn't get my tax (Tricom deducted tax from my salary but didn't submit it to the tax department). Also I haven't got my full and final settlement and PF yet.
Can someone please suggest me what should I do further?

I also never got my settlement. Left the company in 2011. No call no show till now. I anyways never expected the PF ;) but at least the settlement should have been released.

@Adiba, I too thought the same, but in the ups and downs of the life, we need our hard earned money. I just wanted my Form 16, I was ready to forget my funds (which were around 1 lac, 1K rupees). But they wont give me even what I needed. Taxation department of India keeps on sending me threats, what should I do? This time We will ask each and every question and they will have to answer us.

I also did not get PF amount. Below is the site from where you can download PF passbook. http://members.epfoservices.in/index.php I have downloaded it and its showing amount and date when they have submitted PF amount. Atleast you can transfer PF amount to new company PF account.
