Money not received

I invested an amount of Rs 50000 at unipay, and paid Rs 4000 as the account fee. I received 9600 after the first month. After that i reinvested 20000. Never did I know that i won't be receiving any amount after that. I kept checking my account at their website, but they never kept their promise of returning the capital amount, as their company is facing some 'serious crisis' (?!). I just can't believe that all my money went down the drain..can anyone tell me if our govt. Or the administration and police can not trace those fraud and cheaters who took away our money like that? I keep cursing myself for the decision I made to invest in such a fraud company.
