Non Delivered of Cyliender 15 Days

This is to inform you that I booked my complaint for my connection no 033618 I booked my cylinder on dt. 04.08.2012 vide refill booking No. 2723 -2701253 on dt. 07.08.2012 I got Massage on my mobile that cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking No. 2723 without delivering the cylinder, I contacted the delivery boy named Mahesh on United Gas Agency on mobile. He says that your order has been cancelled. When I said that I am going to make complaint for this to Indian Oil, He said you go anywhere & complaint anywhere, nothing is going to happen. I request you to please to take this complaint very seriously.

Please take necessary action, do the needful and oblige.
