MNP FROM VODAFONE TO IDEA

2nd Time Vodafone Rejected my PORT OUT
CELL NO 9819747747.
After making so many calls and sending mails ( FROM 7TH APRIL TO 17TH APRIL ), I got a call from Vodafone on 14.04.2011 amd was asked to visit Vodafone Store. to cancel Contractual Obligation
Well its not my Fault still i visted Vodafone SION MUMBAI branch on 14.04.2011. well after waiting for almost an hour finally i was called. when i asked this guy to De-Activate my Contractual Obligation .He started asking me question ( why i am porting out ? ) i told him that i have a prob of Network & i asked him why you people harassing me for no reason he was very rude to me and then he called NOSHEEN ( Vodafone Sion BRANCH INCHARGE ) She dint had any manners to talk . she was Questioning me was being very rude and was asking me why u came here to vodafone Store . I finally told them ill escalate this matter to high Authority and after that they gave me the 2 Request me ( 1041923190 and 1043046766 ) and told me within 48 hrs your no will be port out . Today on 16th again i got a call and i was asked the reason of portout to which i replied with the same answer , he finally told me that your no will be port out today .
I had send a message today (16.04.2011 for port out but again Vodafone Rejected .

I think now only media can help me .
