PATHETIC Virgin..!!!

Virgin is so pathetic....!!!!!!!!!! the only word that comes to my mind while i was using this was PATHETIC...!!!! what has happened to me is really unfortunate and the reason why i am writting this is to let others know that they dont ever (even in their dreams) try to buy this so called fucked up VIRGIN.....!!!! I had stopped taking service of this device since Oct'10 since i was getting huge bills even without normal usage. I asked the people at virgin (which again sucks as i got tired of dialling their number zillions of times) to cancell my services, in turn what they said was to give a written application so that it can be terminated, when at the first palce they gave me this device without any paperwork...!!!!!! again PATHETIC..!!! Since then i havent recieved a call from then and one final day.... alas..!!! a call from Delhi Court that a case has been registered against you since you have not paid the amount for which you have taken services. again PATHETIC..!!!! (please note that i never got a court notice or a call stating about such action been taken). Somehow i managed to get out of this case and ended up paying a hefty amount for services from Oct'10 to July'11 (the period in which i did'nt even have the device). Now you guys judge for yourself is this what you call customer centricity..?????

Again all that comes up to my mind is ..... PATHETIC....!!!!!!
