Calls barred even aftre clearing my dues on previous number

Sir,
I took two postapid connections 9711996662 and 9711996665 from vodafone. The vodafone people have barred the outgoing calls due to non payment of my dues for previous number. My previous no. was 9999029037 which I already ported out to Reliance. When I took new no. from vodafone 9711996662 they called up to clear my dues for previous number. In my knowledge I cleared the dues but still these guys threatened me to block the current no.
So, I cleared the dues yesterday on 9th August 2011, but still they blocked the outgoing calls and now they are haraasing me that the services will be resumed only after verification.
Please help.
