atm wrong deduction

Sir,
I'm D.Kanakalaxmi,have an account with SBH anand nager branch hyderabad.I had transacted with my state bank ATM card on 1st of october in several atm's ie..Kavadiguda SBH ATM, Begumpet SBH ATM,Ameerpet Daramkaram road SBH ATM,Bakaram SBH ATM and Gandhi nager SBI ATM....with withdrawls of Rs 2000,4000,4000,4000 and Rs 5000 got deducted from my account without with drawing....Of those transactions done on that day i had got several times unable to process slips with response code 58. I had intimated my bank on 5th october with an ack letter,covering letter addressed to the manager along with atm slips... I was intimated by the concerned officer that it will get processed in 7 to 10 days... I had enquired on 19th of october which is after two weeks and i got response from officer as- still the complaint was'nt booked and it'll be booked soon and you'l get the amount in 2 or 3 days.Till now i had not got any update in my account.
I'm bringing this to your notice,so that the complaint gets resolved soon.so i request you to kindly verify the above account transactions done on that date recredit the unclaimed amount to my account at the earliest.
