Bagit today holiday fraud-non payment

R/sir,

w.r.t to my order(TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012/232382) mentioned below, i purchased a holiday offer worth Rs 7000/- from bag it today. In this regard as per condition intimated to me by bag it today executive(mr Puneet) telephonically & as term & condition mentioned below and on other side as per product booklet supplied by u to me, the conditions are very contradictory. As per booklet condition,
1. i am not able to book holiday in weekends/childrens holiday etc.
2. i have to submit three options with three different dates
3. i have to pay water/electricity/phone bill to hotel (very funny condition).
So your are requested that all these condition were not intimated to me at the time of confirmation or in yr mail & with these condition i am not able to told this holiday package.So please give me a favour & return me booking amount i.e. Rs 7000/- aagaint my order no TRNPL/DLI/2011-2012/232382

At the time of booking it was intimatedto me that i don't have to pay not a single Rs to hotel, but above mentioned contioned are showing this is fraud. In this regard i'm in continuation touch with bagittoday help desk through mail or telephonicall. today i recd a call from co. side that they are not able to refund my money.

Now at least after all this mental torture and physical harassment the bare minimum expected is a refund of my hard earned money paid to this company of repute???

Kindly assist in getting the refund.
