dear sir,
We ordered a book Treasure of the World-A Complete Guide to UNESCO World Heritage Sites with the free gifts of Reebok shoes and Numero Uno watch.we paid the amount in advance .we received the messages on 12-5-11& 3-6-11,\"your order no is 78520 has been dispatched on 2/6/11 by FF\"
. the First Flight courier people rang& asked me to be at home on Tuesday 14/6/11,but they didn\"t turn up,again they called meon17/6/11 at12.40PM and they told me they\'ll delivered within 2 hours,but i didnot received my parcel yet.The courier people not giving proper answer.
