i had activated my health tips service last month(exactly date not remembered)
but few days back i plan to deactivate this service and send UNSUBSCRIBE HT to 51819 according to BSNL customer care...till now service is activated and company charged me...

customer care of bsnl is not for help of customers. they are helpless and cannot help there customer . its better to take a new sim .and its better to search on net than to make a call on customer care to deactivate the service .i found the procedure to deactivate the services of bsnl from net ..phone backup service of bsnl has been activated on my no .i found the resolution from net only ,then health tips services activated .i found the procedure only from net to unsub ...i hope that csr of bsnl should also check the procedure to deactivate the service of bsnl from internet .otherwise managment should manage specials trainig programme to update the knowledge of their csr ...

Sir, My cell one prepaid connection (saral anant ) balance is reducing abnormally, and also I sent the message as "Do not dusturb- DND" to 1909 to avoid the commercial calls and messages but its not activated till now after 3 months. Please do the needful contact no: 9567866006.
