no service& demo

Hi,
This is priyanka from pune .
I purchased a godrej microwave in the month of september , and still no service is provided to us , I called the respected incharge of my aera but from past one month she is not responding to my call...
This has reached the height of avoidance from the incharge..
please help me as the microwave is still not in use by us...
