Hi Dear Concern,

Myself Jag Parvesh Chauhan, Noida, India, I purchased a Haier Refrigerator, BMR Model, in Feb 2009.

Refrigerator is not cooling from last 1 month, I had registered complaint on 14/15 May 2010.
Engineer visited on 20 May 2010...

I had purchased a 230 l Haier Refrigerator from Kota Rajasthan three yrs back.The cooling system is not working properly since purchase.Complaints lodged against dealer & local customer care at kota & Jaipur but nobody turned up . Please direct someone for needful at following address at Jaipur.

I bought a haier AC ...within a year it has started giving problems... i would recommend to not to buy haier products .. they are of bad quality....

Refrigerator is not cooling from last 1 years but no responce by dealer

I too have had an extremely bad experience with Haier Refrigerator. Spent around a lakh of Rupees. Looks like a product defect. No response to mails sent to [email protected] or numerous calls made to Haier call center. Bad combination of poor quality of product and poor quality of service at Haier India/Chennai. [email protected]
