Actual Gratuity Amount Not Received

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, myself Tamal Modak (Emp. Code - T01514) an employee of your organisation from 9th November 2006. As per your records my last working date is 01st March 2012.

My last promoted grade is G7, which is effective from 01st November 2011. As per this latter my basic salary is 5,924/- (five thousand nine hundrade and twentyfour only).

On 12th May 2012 I got a sms, which is:- " Amt of INR 17,088.00 deposited to A/C xxxx6956 towards 05421110000035 Gratuity From HBL Value 12 May 2012. Cheque credits subject to clearing."

In my best knowledge this amount is not my actual Gratuity Amount.
