NOC two wheeler

Dear Sir,

I want to lodge a complain regarding NOC not receive still date after the settlement of my loan account. I already made cash Rs/- 4300 for my settlement in hand your collection executive on date 27/01/2011 ( Shivam Agency ). and he promise me that NOC will be deliver within 3 months but still now i not receive yet. Money receipt no: 22434509. loan account number number 13783496.

So i request please look after this mater, and take necessary action as early possible other wise i will lodge complain in consumer forum and reserve bank also with all relevant documents.

and also credit card all payment settlement done. i already made cash Rs.6000/- for my settlement in hand your collection executive on date 30-07-11. name of the collector prakash card id number is W06337.

I request you to send NOC at my home. address detail undermention below. SRP camp, group no.13,block no.49, room no.579,
