not recieve my demand draft back

dear sir/mam
my name is shweta rochwani.i buy a hp laptop whose serial number is 5cd2342nj7 and applied for hp Diwali offer with redemption code 5371796.i registered myself on their site by 3th-11-12 and submitted my documents i.e my identity proof,copy of bill and demand draft of rs 2499/=.
after a week they replied that i am not eligible to claim my offer for nikon camera as my documents didn't reached on time.
i accept that it would be my fault but now as per rules they have to send my documents and demand draft of rs 2499/= .till date i have not received and documents or any mail from their side even i had tried to communicate them through mail.
kindly do the needful
