no response whether my two years extended warranty has een processed by now or not

dear sir ,
I had sent my serial number of the laptop alongwith a demand draft that i bought on 7 august on 11 august for the two years extended warranty .two weeks have gone by but i have still not got any response from them kindly assist me in solving this problem..
