non delivery of camera

Dear sir/madam

I deepak b magadum have purchased an hp envy 6 model ultrabook on 23/10/12
and claimed for offer for free Nikon coll-pix camera and sent you all the documents required by you and i also got mail from you stating that the document have reached you on 29/10/12 stating that the camera will be delivered within 15 to 22 days but i have not yet received it its almost nearly 25 days. I had also called but didnt got any positive response from the customer care they told that the address given by is not under ur service area but the address given by me comes under belgaum city area only and also postal or courier services also available the adress is nearly 2 to 3 kms from the post office. sir please let me know whats the problem on below given details or sir please contact on my mobile number.
