sir i purchased envy 6 notebook on 23 October 2012 and i had registered for diwali offer for free gift for Nikon coll pix camera and my redemption code is 5321366. you had sent the confirmation that the documents have reached redemption cell on 29 oct 2012 and the customer care representative said that it will be delivered within 20 days but its almost 25 days but i had not received it yet.i again called the customer care they said that the address given by me will not come under service area .but the address given by me comes under city area only and it comes under postal or courier services area only.sir please reply me about my status and my contact no is 9964404432. sir please do the needful

I have purchased laptop HP Pavilion g6-2XXX series and I have registered within due date and sent the claim documents within due date specified, but still the remarks says that
Remarks : Dear customer, we have received online registraion pls send complete claim documents as stated in terms & conditions to Redemption Cell within due date.

I have sent the DD as well, if we try the customer care no given , nobody dares to pick the call also. I have sent so many mails but still no response from them. Please enquire on this.
