I WAS BOOK MY LPG CYLINDER ON 06.05.2011, BOOKING NUMBER 209556 AT AN BU GAS AGENCIES ARUMBAKKAM VIDE CONSUMER NUMBER 27003, AND AFTER 34 DAY THE CYLINDER IS NOT RECEVED SO FAR I HAVE CONATACED IN DAILY BASIS BUT NO REPLAY AND FALSE COMITMENT THEY GIVEN AND AS PER INDANE GAS COMPUTER SYSTEM SAYS THE CYLINDER WAS DELIVERD VIDE CHALLAN NUMBER, 8317 DT,11.05.201 BUT PHISICALY NOT RECD. SO KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL

Dear Sir,

It is a matter of grate regret that I have not been getting delivery of gas refill from the above Gas Agency in time for the last one year as well as facing misbehavior by the above Gas Agency. The details of the last two gas bookings are as under for your ready reference :

In addition to the above. I enquired regarding the delivery of refill on 21-02-2012 receipt of your SMS on 20-02-2012 against my booking dated 11-02-2012 from Gas Agency and one of the staff member i.e. Mr. Vijay having mobile no. 9871528232 misbehaved me like anything. Please note that I have not received the gas refill so far.

Keeping in new of the above, I request you to look into the matter for such an harassment and confirm.

Dear Sir,

Sub.: Gas Connection No.7097 - Nair Gas Service,
St.Soldier Tower, Shop No.3, G-Block Shopping Centre,
Vikas Puri, ND-18.

I had booked my cylinder through automated refill system on 24th Aug' 11 (Refill booking 6349, cash memo 7923). I got the conformation sms on 2nd Sep’11 that your cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking but I haven’t got my booked cylinder delivery till date(8th Sep’11). When I was unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. I approached Gas agency to inquire about delivery status they told me due non obtainability of staff they were unable to deliver the cylinder on time and requested to take the delivery from the agency today itself. And after an hour when I again went to the Nair Gas Service agency they told me that we are out of stock .When I put up a question they asked me either to collect the refilled cylinder from the go-down which is in sec-9 Dwarka or to come again with the empty cylinder to get the refilled cylinder. I am pleased to inform you that how well they treat with customers & how professionally the Nair Gas Service agency is works.
Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to get the gas cylinder as soon as possible. The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days.

I, Dharmendra kumar mishra had booked my cylinder through automated refill system on 02/09/2012 (Consumer no.24063 -Sona enterprises, Refill booking no.2417, Ref no.5346611) cylinder has not been delivered till date 11/09/2012.

Got the conformation from customer service executive on 08/09/2012 that problem will be solved within 48 hours but not solved till now.

Please solve my problem asap.
