non delivery in time

1. After the demise of my father in the month of Jan 12, my mother aged 70 stays alone at home as I am a soldier in Indian Air Force working in Coimbatore. She is facing a lot of difficulty in getting a filled cylinder. As my house is just 30 mts away from the state highway, the distributor denies to deliver the cylinder to my house. The cylinder is kept in the state highway when the distribution is being carried out.
2. The last cylinder was delivered to my residence on 26 Jun 12 and till date no further cylinder has been delivered. After frequent calls during the month of September they say the cylinder would be delivered in the next issue, but till date the same has not been done so. As my mother is not in a physical to lift the cylinder, she hires an auto rickshaw every third day to ensure the cylinder to reach the state highway.
3. After six attempts she has lost all her hope in getting a cylinder. What should I do? If I am available in my residence I could have done some other alternative method, but being committed to my country, frequently visiting my residence for a gas cylinder hampers a lot to me.
4. My mother being aged is not able to remove the regulator and refit it. The person delivering the cylinder may please be instructed that the removal / fitment is done by him so as to ensure safety.
5. Please do take adequate steps to ensure safety and to avoid such inconvenience for the aged people, which is a great concern to the nation. I have only my mother left out…… So please…
