diifficulty in gas booking

Dear Sir/ Madam,
Im a LPG (Indane Gas) consumer, from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Our distributor is Bhubaneswar Gas, Shop-6, Ratna Plaza,Lewis Road, BBSR.

Since two months we have been booking our gas by personally going to the counter and digesting the misbehaviour of the persons sitting there.Reason being the phone nos have the same reply--- \"busy, pl try after some time.\" We tried to enquire, if the phones are not ok, they just laughed it off. There is no other way of booking llike sms/online booking. As a consumer Iam being harassed and spending my valuable time in the process.I would like to know why should we tolerate the gimmicks of the distributor and in this consumer friendly time make this basic amenity easier to get. Pl introduce services like booking online/thrrough sms. Lets make life easier.
