cheated by aravindh marketing

This Aravindh Marketing is cheated me on 02-012-11 with 30600/- i check that aravindh markting is platinum member of indiayellowpages.com so that i give him order of 300 sd card @ 102 but he is not sending the goods and dont return my money this indiayellow pages is also know anything but they are not delete this company name from his website i also register fir in dcp office and police is also working on this case
