against refund

I have paid Rs 10000 (Ten thousand) for booking of a house in hisar under Rajat Yojna of the said company, vide receipt No. 10048891661 dt.10-11-2003 , application no. 333023034815,Passbook serial no. 24300,Branch code /name 2183/Hisar (Haryana),Account no. 10048891661. A period of more than 9 years has elapsed but the company neither started any project in Hisarn nor returned my money till date. In fact the company is silent without any information etc regarding said project.
Since the company has not declared anything about the project such as the location of the proposed project where the company has purchased land and the progress of the project etc, I want my money back with interest at once.
