fee reimbursement of session 2010-2011

sir my name is rajat pranjal singh i was student of jawaher lal nehru polytechnic mahmudabad (sitapur) of session 2010-2011 of OBC cat. of electromnics engg. final year .
i get our scholarship but we can not found our fee reimbursement of that session

on website of scholarship show that our fee-reimbursement
had sent but in bank or college told that your fee-reimbursement can not credited in your account by scholarship manegmant
