not providing bank statement of my grandfather accounts

Respected sir,
my grandfather having 2 accounts in state bank of india in raigad district uran branch.He was passed on 23/11/2012 and on 24/11/2012 somebody withdraw 1,90,000/- by withdrawal slip from one account and the remaining balance is 194/- only.my point is that my mother Mrs.minakshi gajanan patil is nominee of the accounts of my grandfather Mr.Shankar Ambaji Narangikar. And in our absent bank officer gives the above amount and now the bank is not providing us any kind of statement and explaination of the accounts. Actually the branch manager Mrs. Rajlakshmi rangrajan is not taking any complaints from our side and not gives us statement of those accounts
