no frequency of buses

Today from 7 o clock till 9 o clock no mofusel buses are stoped in kavery nagar stop at mayiladudurai.This problem has been taking place since for a long period of time.Even private buses are not stopping in this stop then how can a people can able to move around. Its too horrible to always to hire an auto ricksha for every time;then what is the need of public transport;This area holds junction so lot of passengers would use this stop to move around;If you stop buses including express buses in this stop there will be a more source of income to your side too; Hereby i conclude my complaint expecting your good and decent response from your side..
