With regards

I am staying in Hariom Nagar Mulund (East) which is after the toll naka behind octroi.
I need to know why I am been to asked to pay toll when iIam still residing in mumbai.I am paying all the Taxes,maintainances according to mumbai.
why I am been asked to pay toll everytime.

Now if you say I should not pay toll then how can I avoid it by showing what legal documents at toll naka.
