i think unigroups company if not release the pay lakhs of people in india are goint to be died. at present ground level net workers are mving to way due to they could not leave in their house with their families. humbly requested to ceo of unigroups pl. release the principal amount just save of our life.

but I give this bank account have not received this cheque amount.

We need to issue statutory legal notice to the company and then file a liquidation peition .We have got information of about 10 bank accounts .dont know whether it has any amount or not .We need to identify the assets of the company .As far i think that is the only way ,Investors may not come under defenition of Consumer since it is a commercial activity !the company is regitred at tamil nadu and need to file liquidation there .Pls do inform me whether any body has initiated such action .so that i can implead the case.This is not the time to stay calm .
