I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator 283 proton Elite (3 door) From your authorise dealer " Harjas Enterprises" Located at SCO 359-60, Sector 35-B, Chandigarh.

We have received a sms code with SE No:CH0412011009 from your office at the time of installation a part of refrigerator has broken by your Engineer whom visited us on date 16/04/2012 at 3:00pm and told to us that the broken part will be replaced by the dealer who sold us the product while contact to dealer he totally refused to replace this part and said that it has been broken by engineer so will be replaced by engineer.
It clearly shows that your service is poor and also your persons are not gentlemen like(not honest is straight words).
So you are requested to look into the matter and resolve the problem as early as possible.
Also take appropriate action against the engineer (Anil) who also took away the code from us.

I have purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from M/s Paras Traders,Model Town ,Karnal.There is many fault in refrigrator.Its whole body s crack ifrom inside. After sales services of Whirlpool sucks........They've charged me advance for the gas refilling, but so far none of the guys have turned up for the past 3 days, and every time they only keep on apologizing. Worst there is no email ids' given for the top management, nor any number provided for escalation of the complaint, you are only left at the mercy of the service centre number's (toll free) where you only keep going around in circles.
