Hi Dear concern,
My self Ratnesh Kumar Batham, Noida, India. I have ordered a product(Order Id # 270450 for the Nokia BH 505 Rs1 529) from Dealsandyou.com by netbanking on 19 oct 2011 from my HDFC debit card. On dealsandyou site, It is mentioned that Product will be delivered within 21 working days. 21 workings is the maximum time limit and product can be delivered sooner as well. But support team was not able to deliver the desired product within this time limit. I have lodged the complaint through Calling in customer care and by Emails also. Dealsandyou support team\'s executives again and again given me time to wait for some days. they said again and again,\"Sir, Please wait for 2-3 days. Within 2-3 days product will be delivered as inventory is not received.\" Sometimes they said to wait for 1 week or 2 weeks also. And finally they told me to wait till 15Dec2011. Today is 15Dec, I called again in customer care and asked about my product, Now their senior executive are saying that inventory is out of stock and we not able to deliver my desired product. They are saying that They can give me another product. But i denied because I dont want that one. I said to pay me actual price of Nokia BH-505 that is being cost in markets but they denied to refund the actual market price. They have wasted my two months and I called them so many time. Who is going to pay for those wasted 2 months and for so many calls.

I want actual price of that product that is being cost in markets or in Nokia Showrooms. They mailed me today that your refund has been processed and it will be credited in my account. But I dont want only 1529 Rs but I want Actual price of this product.

Please be serious about this problem.

Whoever is seeing this complaint, I am requesting them not to purchase any items from Dealsandyou site as they are very fraud. They make us fool and will waste our lot of time.
